This is loose continuation of the first part Insights from inside the rope – Body. We’ll share with you insights from inside the rope and cover important soft skills for both, riggers and models that will improve the enjoyment of and safety in ropes.

This workshop is centres around managing suspensions and transitions, we’ll cover body mechanics, pain management and communication for more demanding rope scenes as well as assessing risks and risk profiles.
