Advanced workshops registration process 2017

Update: All places of the first round are already gone!

There will be registration for advanced workshops (mostly for space A) in two rounds:

• the first one will be online from Tuesday 17.10.2017 8pm CET (update: all places are gone) and
  
• the second half of the workshops’ capacity will be available for personal registration at the reception desk (personally, no proxies please) and will always open before the workshop starts at following times: 10:30 for the first workshops of the day, 13:10 for the second one and 14:00 for the last one).
• The last chance will be to show up at the workshop space before the workshop starts and ask presenter if there is any space (last minute cancellations, no-shows, etc.).

Places are limited by the number of suspension points and capacity of presenters. It is possible to attend workshops even without registration, but you would not be able to use suspension points.

Please, do not block workshop space if you know you don’t want to attend the workshop or if you are not at appropriate level for advanced workshop and cancel your workshop booking at the reception desk in advance. Also come to workshops in time, otherwise we may let your spot to someone else.

We suppose there will be enough spaces for everyone for most workshops as the number of advanced participants is not high and there are always other workshop options.

There is no registration for most workshops in Space B and Space C.

Online registration to advanced workshops will be available from Tuesday 17.10.2017 8pm CET, please see details below:

• There will be links to online registration forms at the end of each workshop description page (see list of workshops).
• Please choose number of persons – two for couple, one for single (in that case you will have to find another person at the festival to make a couple).
• You will receive confirmation email Booking Pending. If you have not received such mail, the form was not most likely sent and you have to send it again!
• The number of places is limited, please be quick.
