Terms and conditions
Payment policy: To confirm your booking you have to pay the participation fee by bank transfer (from Czech bank account or using SEPA payment) in 7 days.
Cancellation policy:
- Standard and weekend tickets: Tickets are refundable with 20% administrative fee if you cancel at latest two weeks before the beginning of the festival.
- Subspace members tickets are non-refundable.
- Tickets for Friday and Saturday performance nights are non-refundable.
All tickets are single tickets. If you are a couple, please book 2 tickets.
You will receive confirmation mail after successful booking and payment (please check your spam box). There are no paper tickets, just the confirmation in mail.
