Terms and conditions

Payment policy: To confirm your booking you have to pay the participation fee by bank card, PayPal or bank transfer (from Czech bank account or using SEPA payment).

Cancellation policy:

• Standard ticket: If you cannot come to the festival or need to cancel for any reason at latest 3 days before the beginning of the festival, please contact us and we will fully refund your  your tickets.
• Sunday workshops ticket: Tickets are refundable with 20% administrative fee if you cancel at latest two weeks before the beginning of the festival.
• Tickets for Friday and Saturday performance nights are non-refundable.

All tickets are single tickets. If you are a couple, please book 2 tickets.

You will receive confirmation mail after successful booking and payment (please check your spam box). There are no tickets, just the confirmation in mail.
