To give you a wider range of options, RopeMarks (Bob) teaches you different kinds armbinders. In this workshop youâll learn and practice with several variations and you get options for your next step. Are you going for a suspension? For a connective kind of play, or for semenawa? Every-body is different, so youâll also learn what kind of arminders are suitable for different kinds of body types. And of course, because weâre working with the vulnerable area around the arms – weâll also talk about safety and how to minimize the risk nerve damage.
